Zoology Mystery Animal Poster Project
This document contains descriptions of various Mystery Animals provided by students in BIO 312 Zoology. Each entry includes information on Phylogeny—the classification and taxonomy of the animal—along with Morphology, which describes its physical characteristics. Additionally, you’ll find details on the animal’s Ecology or Genetics, such as its habitat, diet, and other relevant traits.
However, the names of the animals are not included! This is meant to be a mystery, challenging you to use the provided information to create illustrations or icons representing each animal. Some of the terminology may be new, so feel free to explore and define any unfamiliar concepts.
We’ve aimed to thoroughly tell the “story” of each animal, giving you enough details to visualize them accurately. We’re excited to see your creative interpretations!
